  • Halolimo offers reliable and professional transportation services.
  • We assure you that the hourly or transfer rate quoted for a specific vehicle and trip will be the basis of your billing, and that this rate includes:
    • Base rate
    • Administration
    • Gratuity
    • Fuel charges
  • Transfer rates quoted to or from airports also include:
    • Airport fees
    • Parking
    • Tolls
  • A recommended 20% gratuity has been added for your convenience, but the payment of this gratuity is at your discretion and may be increased, decreased, or eliminated entirely. Any gratuity received will be given in full to the chauffeur.
  • Cancellations or changes to standard vehicle (sedan, SUV) reservations within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare plus all applicable fees and gratuity.
  • Late cancellation charges for specialty vehicles will be determined on a case by case basis. Special events may have different minimums and/or cancellation policies. Cancellations by a third party will not be considered valid.
  • This confirmation contains an estimation of charges and may not include all charges incurred during the performance of the trip, such as:
    • Early/late fees
    • Tolls
    • Parking
    • Waiting time charges
    • Minimums during special events
  • A valid mobile number must be provided to ensure that chauffeurs can make direct contact with you. Halolimo is not responsible for any missed pickups due to the lack of a mobile number.
  • Smoking is not allowed in Halolimo vehicles and will result in a minimum charge of $100 for each carpet or seat burn in addition to a $250 detail/sanitation fee.
  • If the vehicle requires cleaning beyond the standard cleaning, there will be a minimum sanitation/detail fee of $250. If there are any bodily fluids from passengers or pets found in the vehicle, the minimum sanitation/detail fee will be $500.
  • Halolimo is not responsible for the personal effects of passengers, including but not limited to loss or damaged items.
  • There will be an additional service fee for pickups between 12 am and 4:59 am.
